In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 55fiv, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling activity in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident or national of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, nor are you accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true location.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or officer of 55fiv or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studio partners.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an Account on 55fiv that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not operating the Account on behalf of any third party.

55fiv reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within 7 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may hold one Account only on the 55fiv platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 55fiv accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Never share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify 55fiv immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

55fiv will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Before processing any withdrawal request — and at any point during the Account lifecycle at 55fiv's sole discretion — you will be required to complete identity and age verification (KYC). This process is mandatory and non-waivable. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: Date of birth must be clearly visible on the submitted identity document confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit, confirming ownership matches the Account holder's registered name.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility in your Account dashboard or by emailing them directly to [email protected]. All documents are stored in encrypted form and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

55fiv will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving a complete document set. Withdrawal processing will remain suspended until KYC is approved. 55fiv reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient or inconsistent.

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the 55fiv platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 55fiv does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposit and withdrawal channels currently supported include:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 500.000.000. Limits may be adjusted for VIP members at the discretion of 55fiv's finance team.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal per day: Rp 100.000.000 for standard accounts; higher limits apply at Silver and Gold loyalty tiers.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• 55fiv reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. Such checks may extend processing times by up to 24 hours.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, all pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.

55fiv may offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. 55fiv reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion without prior notice if abuse is suspected.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and is subject to the penalties set out in clause 8.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to certain togel markets and live dealer baccarat — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates will be published with each promotion.
• 55fiv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account.

If 55fiv determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through technical exploitation, or in collusion with other Members, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided and removed from the Account balance.

All bets placed on the 55fiv platform — whether on sports markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFC Cup, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), mix parlay (accumulator) markets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, togel draws, live casino games, slots, crash games, or e-sports events — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout caps vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 55fiv reserves the right to alter these limits at any time.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, system errors, or data feed failures — 55fiv reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account. Winnings paid out on manifestly erroneous odds may be reclaimed from the Member's balance.
• For live in-play betting, bets accepted after the outcome of an event is already determined (due to data latency or technical issues) will be voided.
• Void bets will have the stake returned to the Member's balance. In accumulator bets, a voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator will be recalculated accordingly.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from official licensed draw operators. 55fiv has no influence over draw results and bears no liability for discrepancies caused by source data delays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55fiv platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below — whether individually or in coordination with others — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus whoring"), or coordinating with other Members to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in sports markets.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or placing bets on events where you have any ability to influence the outcome.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating false chargeback claims with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform in any way for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity. 55fiv complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 55fiv staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

55fiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the Account — including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at 55fiv's discretion pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed due to reasons other than breach (for example, at the Member's own request, or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion), the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, less any applicable processing fees, within 5 business days.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 55fiv support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Note that closing your Account does not relieve you of any obligation to settle outstanding amounts owed to 55fiv.

All content on the 55fiv platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and game interfaces — is the property of 55fiv or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of 55fiv.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55fiv excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or internet connectivity issues outside 55fiv's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether 55fiv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 55fiv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

55fiv's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 55fiv Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

In summary: 55fiv collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

55fiv is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within your Account settings at any time and at no cost.

If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool, which will restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications from 55fiv. For further guidance, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team directly.

55fiv reserves the right to impose additional limits on any Account if our responsible gaming monitoring team identifies patterns of play that indicate potential gambling harm.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55fiv holds its international gaming licence.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the laws of Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 55fiv makes no representation that the platform is lawful in your specific location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 55fiv support shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by 55fiv. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

55fiv reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 55fiv will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the 55fiv platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time an update is published. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
